Obama and Clinton…Tie?

While everyone is reporting that Hillary Clinton has won the Nevada caucuses, it appears that Obama will be awarded more delegates in the end. Quoth DailyKos: “Obama wins Nevada.”

So…shall we call it a tie and move on?
